Charity Munyori is the Business Growth/ Branch Manager, Equity Bank –Westlands Branch having grown through the ranks with 11 years in the branch management.
With over 21 years’ experience in Microfinance and commercial banking, Charity has earned credible authority in areas of financial Management, People Management, Micro and Sme business growth, Poverty alleviation strategies, bank operations, customer service, marketing, Technology and corporate banking.
Previously, Charity has served in the different capacities with different institutions which includes, capacity of SME/Retail Officer between 2007- 2011 and Microfinance Officer between year 2003- 2007, with KRep Bank ( Now Sidian).
She has several certifications from different local and international professional bodies such as Kenya Bankers Association, LAN-X Africa Limited, Banking and Payments Technologies East Africa, Taylor Associates Consultants among others.
Charity holds a Bachelor in Business Administration- Entrepreneurship Option and is currently pursuing a post graduate training in Masters of Science in project Management from JKUAT University
